Business Process Manager

Role Overview: As a Business Process Manager at Caterpillar Inc., you will be responsible for managing the overall application and processes of ongoing operations. Your main focus will be on resolving transactional grief and administrative process work to ensure facility production lines run smoothly. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, supporting purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses, and contract/purchase order generation. Your role will involve performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes to ensure output excellence, building expertise in the assigned process area, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, you will support customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection. Your expertise in Lognet, CBS & CGM ERP, with at least 6-8 years of experience, will be crucial for success in this role. Please note that working night shifts to cover the North America region will be required.
