Business Intelligence (BI) Manager / Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BI development initiatives using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  
• Oversee data visualization, dashboard creation, and performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  
• Design and maintain scalable BI architecture including ETL processes and data warehousing.
  
• Drive forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling for data-driven decision-making.
  
• Ensure best practices in data governance, accuracy, and security.
  
• Mentor and lead a team of BI developers and analysts.
  

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems

  , or a related field.

• 7+ years

  of experience in

  Business Intelligence development

  , including

  3+ years

  in a

  leadership or managerial role

  .
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Power BI, DAX, Power Query

  , and

  data modeling

  .
• Must hold

  PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)

  certification.
• Strong understanding of

  data warehousing, ETL processes

  , and

  cloud platforms

  (Microsoft Fabric preferred).
• Proven experience with

  forecasting, predictive analytics

  , and

  statistical modeling

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse,

  or

  Databricks

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Python

  or

  R

  for advanced analytics.
• Certification in

  Microsoft Data Platform

  or

  Power BI

  .
