Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Manager at the L&T Finance office located in Darbhanga. The primary responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing efficient strategies. The role involves coordinating with various teams, establishing workflow optimization, monitoring process performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The Business Process Manager will also lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and drive process change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate business processes and identify inefficiencies
• Experience in process design, process improvement, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in project management and change management techniques
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of financial services, especially NBFC operations and regulatory compliance, is an advantage
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
