Business Process Lead

Role Overview: - Evaluate existing business and sales processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. - Oversee the integration of new tools and technologies to streamline operations and ensure seamless data flow. - Lead the automation of business processes using tools such as Zapier, n8n, and workflow management platforms like Zoho, Qntrl, and Pipefy. - Communicate process updates and improvements to stakeholders across departments. - Build scalable workflows to support growth across teams and geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. - Generate insights by working with internal data teams or using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau. - Support key business questions through ad hoc and structured analysis (e.g., churn drivers, operational costs, etc.) - Monitor process performance metrics, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, process management, or strategy & analytics roles, preferably from a technology-driven company. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/business management, project management, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications a plus) - Strong understanding of process mapping, SOP creation, and continuous improvement methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making. - Hands-on experience in business data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA. - Knowledge of visualization & dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI. (knowledge of SQL basics is a good to have) - Prior experience managing large-scale day-to-day operations. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
