Business Process Associate

As a Process Associate at Giftlaya, you will play a key role in handling daily order processes, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of gifting and decoration services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders received through the website and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and delivery partners to ensure timely execution
• Update order status, delivery details, and service notes in internal systems
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and service updates
• Verify order details such as address, date, time slot, and customization requirements
• Ensure proper coordination between operations, customer support, and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate records of daily orders, cancellations, and reschedules
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency
• Escalate issues or delays to the senior operations team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp handling
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak order days
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn operations, order flow, and vendor coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in e-commerce, operations, customer support, or order processing is a plus
• Freshers with good communication and learning attitude are welcome
• Comfortable working on weekends or during high-demand periods (festive days)
