Role: Business Analyst - Operations

Industry: Business Consulting & Services

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

· Draft and manage emails, MoMs, commercial notes, proposals, and client presentations with high accuracy and professionalism.

· Liaise with clients, logistics partners, vendors, government stakeholders, and global partners to ensure seamless project execution.

· Represent Verkko in meetings and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.

Documentation & Deliverables

· Prepare high-quality reports, strategy decks, briefs, industry analyses, and operational documents.

· Synthesize complex information into crisp, consultant-grade outputs.

· Maintain tracking sheets, project documentation, and action logs.

Cross-Functional Learning

· Understand and absorb technical information across industries (equipment details, SCOMET classifications, FMCG SKUs, etc.).

· Work across supply chain, logistics, operations, and GTM functions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Analytical & Technical Skills

· Strong quantitative ability; comfort with Excel/Sheets, research tools, and basic analytics.

· Capability to analyze industrial, commercial, and operational data.

· Ability to understand technical documents and map specifications.

Business & Commercial Understanding

· Basic understanding of GTM models (D2R, D2C, distribution, marketplaces).

· Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, and global trade fundamentals.

· Awareness of B2B and B2C sales processes and pricing structures is a plus.

Communication & Writing

· Excellent in business communication, and documentation skills.

· Ability to convert rough inputs into polished outputs.

· Confident in client-facing settings.

Execution Skills

· High ownership mindset, proactive approach, detail-oriented working style.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

· Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning.

Behavioral Traits

· Curiosity to learn across industries.

· Structured thinking and reliability.

· Professionalism and maturity in stakeholder interactions.

Experience & Qualification

· 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, research, analytics, supply chain, EXIM, procurement, or related domains.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, or Business; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

· Experience working with global clients is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
