Job Description

Job Title:

We are seeking a Business Process Associate to handle client interactions, promote services, and deliver excellent communication and support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, detail-driven, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

Strictly adhere to assigned rosters, login times, and breaks.
Consistently manage inbound, outbound, and chat interactions according to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Perform timely follow-ups as per lead age and attempts.
Maintain and update CRM fields accurately post interactions.
Schedule appointments based on offers, clinic schedules, and doctor availability.
Update reminder sheets for booked appointments.
Track and report walk-ins and performance metrics including IVR transfers, quality scores, contact percentage, PKT, CSAT, and adherence.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Promote inside sales and cross-sell services effectively.
Professionally handle client queries via voice, email, and chat channels.
Enhance brand value by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.

Candidate Profile:

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective client management ability.
Basic computer literacy and CRM tool knowledge.
Prior experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred.
