We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for a US outbound campaign. As an associate, you will be responsible for making calls using both automated dialers and manual resources, engaging prospects, and promoting our products and services. You will follow pre-arranged scripting, applying filters and criteria to ensure effective communication with potential customers.

In addition to outbound calls, you will handle inbound calls from prospective clients, providing them with information and enrolling them in our offerings. It is important to note that this position requires flexibility in working hours, as we operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Although the company's regular operating days are Monday through Friday, there may be occasions when associates are required to work on weekends.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of outbound experience in the US market, including proficiency in US calling and call handling. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.

Please note that our work module adheres to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The shift login period is from 7:30 p.m. IST until 4:30 a.m. IST, subject to Daylight Saving Time changes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound telemarketing calls using pre-arranged scripts and adhere to specific filters and criteria.

2. Engage prospects effectively by promoting our products and services and converting them into potential customers.

3. Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, address their inquiries, and enroll them in our offerings.

4. Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.

5. Work in a 24/7 and 365-day module, with occasional weekend shifts based on business requirements.

6. Possess a minimum of 6 months of outbound experience in the US, with proficiency in US calling or call handling.

7. Demonstrate strong communication skills to establish rapport with customers and convey product or service benefits effectively.

Requirements:

Basic Facilities Provided:

Competitive salary up to INR 32,000 per month, with salary disbursement on the 10th of each month.

weekly and monthly incentives, with the potential to earn up to INR 50,000

Consultants can earn commissions and incentives up to INR 2 lakh.
