Role Overview: You will be responsible for observing daily operations to ensure consistent workflow and identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or gaps in processes. Additionally, you will create and maintain standard process documentation and operational records. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data to evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting quality control activities. You will also assist in implementing new procedures and coordinate with different departments for smooth execution and adoption.
