Co-Founder / Founding Partner – Growth, Events & Networking Company: HBF Direct Limited Location: Delhi NCR Position Type: Full-Time | Equity + Revenue Share Compensation: Revenue-Linked Draw + Up to 20% Equity (Performance-based) About Us Founders club India is building one of India’s most scalable Venture Studio platforms for MSMEs, startups, and high-growth sectors including manufacturing, fashion/lifestyle, energy, healthcare, and tech/AI. We’ve already built the platform, team, and service engine. Now, we’re looking for a Co-Founder / Growth Partner — someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and driven to lead the front-end of our business: events, strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and ecosystem building . This is a rare opportunity to come in as a co-founder without any financial investment , and earn a salary from revenue , full operational support, and up to 20% equity based on performance . What You’ll Do Be the face of the business in networking forums, events, startup communities, and MSME platforms Build strategic partnerships with incubators, associations, banks, and ecosystem players Plan and lead growth campaigns, founder meetups, and business events nationally Drive lead generation, warm client engagement, and partnerships for consulting, tech, and training services Represent the brand in founder panels, conferences, and chamber of commerce forums Actively work with the internal delivery, consultant, and marketing teams to align outreach with services What We Offer A fully built platform with strong service lines and an experienced consulting team Office space, branding, team support, and event execution backing Withdrawal of fixed salary linked to revenue (no investment required) Equity allocation (up to 20%) based on KPIs and growth milestones Autonomy and decision-making as a true co-founder , not just an employee Access to our ecosystem of consultants, advisors, and early traction in multiple cities You’ll Thrive If You Are An entrepreneurial hustler who loves creating networks and closing partnerships A business developer, startup community leader, or event strategist with 3–10 years of experience Experienced with B2B, consulting, MSMEs, or startup ecosystems Comfortable working on performance-linked outcomes, not fixed salary structures Someone who believes in ownership , execution , and building from the front Age : 30 year - 45 year Min Exp : 8 year Show more Show less
