Job Description

Summary

Business Outreach Executive

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness institutions across Kerala.
Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and discussions to promote our gut microbiome and genomics testing services.
Identify business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and report insights to the strategy and marketing teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support, kit delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in awareness campaigns, CME programs, and exhibitions to represent the brand.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
