Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate branding, social media, print, packaging, and web design deliverables for

  quality, creativity, and strategic alignment.

• Assess designers’

  conceptual thinking, layout structure, typography, and visual balance

  across categories.
• Develop

  evaluation frameworks, creative scorecards, and quality guidelines

  for different design verticals.
• Identify design gaps, visual inconsistencies, and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Benchmark global design trends, emerging tools, and creative workflows to evolve evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality creative curation and performance reporting.
• Document best practices, anti-patterns, and maintain a centralized design QA knowledge base.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of professional experience in

  Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Design Quality Control.

• Strong understanding of

  brand identity systems, composition, typography, and color psychology.

• Experience in

  design auditing, brand evaluation, or creative direction

  preferred.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills with a constructive critique approach.
