Role Overview : We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating business and operational tasks, managing on-ground event execution, and supporting the core team in diverse responsibilities. If you're a great communicator and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves on-site, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities : Assist in daily business operations, cold calling, vendor coordination, and documentation. Support project planning, timelines, and resource allocation. Act as on-ground site supervisor during events and productions, ensuring smooth execution. Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and delivery. Handle multiple roles as needed — from logistics and procurement to scheduling and reporting. Maintain organized records and support administrative functions. Requirements : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing roles. Willingness to travel and be present on-site during events. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in events, operations, or project coordination is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
