Role and Responsibilities · Build business by identifying and selling prospects. · Sell Networking Products, Solutions & Services across vertical Viz: Enterprise, Manufacturing, IT / ITeS e.t.c. · Manage Develop & Get recurring business from the developed accounts by cross selling solutions offered by Conventus. · Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales. · Develop and maintain relationship with OEMs to enhance sales in market place. · Develop and deliver sales forecasts in line with business objectives. · Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminars/webinars. · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information technology, Business) . · Should be minimum Graduate and above. Engineers with MBA would be preferred. Preferred Skills · Strong understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and concepts. · Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. · Goal oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software. · Ideally should understand basic networking technology with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Comp TIA Network+), though preferred but not mandatory . · Should be able to do sales planning. Role and Responsibilities · Understanding Clients Requirements. · Product Positioning and Sizing. · Positioning various products like Gateway, Switch, Wireless, NG Firewall, · Backup Solutions, DLP Solutions, End to End Network Solution etc. · Creating Solution document, proposals for various solutions, Customer calculators for various solutions. · Coordinating with various OEM for all the products and requirements understanding. · Internal coordination with service delivery team for all delivery of projects. · Cooperate with the Presales, Technical Support and other Sales Team members on the competitive strategy, business plan and action plan. · To visit customers along with the sales person to understand the requirement and design solution. · The role involves managing Bids\Proposals\RFP\RFI responses, preparing presentations, preparing for client visits and presenting to clients etc. · Specific Responsibilities Proposal Creation Develops RFP, RFQ, and RFI written responses with internal stakeholders and go-to-market partners. · Work closely with OEM for giving technical solutions to clients and make BoQ, · Collaborates with sales staff to identify winning themes and discriminators and incorporates these elements into the proposal. · Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities. · Pre-sales / bid-team experience including creation of cost models, SOWs, response to RFI/RFP etc. · Need to be mobile and prepared for travel as and when required. · Develop and provide technical leadership during pre-sales activities with clients (briefings, workshops, POCs, etc.) · Help qualify client opportunities from a technical perspective · Select the appropriate product and service offerings that will meet a client's business objectives · Team extensively across sales/presales, business and delivery · Provide networking technology advice and guidance as required to other TSMs · Interface directly with prospective and current customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify customer requirements. · Supporting field engineers/customer requests for product support and problem resolution. · Able to manage Core Network pre-sales activities including preparation for RFI/ RFQ/ RFP, network solution design, technical clarification, POC/Demo, BOQ discussion & finalization, etc. · Manage marketing and promotion activities of Core Network product & solutions, able to prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. · Core competencies and knowledge in Infra products and solution from OEM Cisco, HP, Fortinet, D-Link, Extreme, F5, Radware, Palo Alto, Polycom. Qualifications and Education Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, electronics, Science (IT) or EXTC/IT is preferred Preferred Skills · Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Good written and verbal communication. Experience Requirements : · Proven work experience as a solution architect or similar role · Certification in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE), FortiGate-NSE, Microsoft or Linux is advantageous. · Prior experience in tech support (Routing & Switching, Security, collaboration, Data Center, Server) or a similar role.
