Business Operations Associate

You will be joining Numerator, a company reinventing the market research industry by providing market intelligence to the world's leading brands and retailers. As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational review of international opportunities and contracts. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless deal execution, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing internal platforms to increase customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the international operational review for net new, cross-sell, and renewal deals, assessing pricing, product specifications, deliverables, and scope of work. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and professional services teams to incorporate best practices in product offerings implementation. - Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across different platforms, maintaining coherence and consistency. - Provide technical expertise and support throughout the operational review lifecycle. - Document and maintain comprehensive records of internal processes and configurations, ensuring up-to-date and accessible documentation for relevant teams. - Implement feedback mechanisms and seek opportunities to enhance internal platforms and improve customer satisfaction. - Generate and maintain reports for net new and existing deals, validating key metrics and upholding data accuracy across systems.
