Description
Role Overview: As a Content Business Operations Analyst at Black Belt Academy, you will be responsible for the global end-to-end ownership of Architecture and Technology under the Black Belt Academy framework. Your primary role will involve aligning, capturing, and creating relevant content for role-based learning maps to enable Partners to deliver compelling pitches to customers while ensuring effective deployment and support of solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with key Cisco Solution Plus, Strategic, ISV, and Cloud partners to deliver joint solutions and technology training to Cisco's Partners, Distributors, and Sales Staff. Key Responsibilities: - Collate, curate, and design training and education curriculum for the entire Architecture Portfolio, encompassing all technologies and sub-technologies within specific Architectures such as On-prem, UCCX, UCCE, Webex, Webex Contact Center, Webex Contact center enterprise, Cloud Calling, Cisco Collaboration Devices, and more. - Identify content from internal and external sources and make it available to Partners as needed. - Work with relevant stakeholders to build and maintain Collaboration learnings on the Cisco Black Belt Academy. - Create and evaluate quizzes to assess knowledge. - Collaborate with BU, Architecture stakeholders, Partner org, and the GPO team to drive Architecture Curriculum on the Black Belt Partner Academy. - Monitor usage of content by Partners and align global trainings/events to increase traction. - Develop assessment criteria for successful certification, handle partner queries, and align demos & labs within learnings for hands-on experience. - Keep content refreshed, updated, and maintained, launching new learnings as necessary to prioritize partner growth, market trends, and interest. - Drive adoption of Black Belt curriculum via GEO Communities and global platforms to increase traction. - Communicate with Aspirants/Validation Engineers regarding submissions or screening results. - Host quarterly Architecture updates and vet Black Belt aligned content hosted by Cisco and Learning partners. - Build Partner and GEO Communities around education and drive Return on Education (ROE) Metrics. - Forecast future trends, orient strategies, and capture maximum benefits. Qualifications Required: - IT graduate with hands-on experience in Cisco technologies. - CCNA and/or CCNP certifications preferred. - Strong communication skills. - 4+ years of related experience in training and enablement. - Very good understanding of Cisco Architectures and Solutions. - Experience in Partner ecosystem preferred. - Programmability focus and skillset preferred. - Understanding of Cisco Cloud strategy. - Desire and ability to learn new technology and solutions.
