Job Title: Business Officer

Qualification: BBA or MBA (Marketing / Business Administration) or any relevant field

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Officer with minimum 2 years of professional experience to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and promote our educational and technological programs. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with a passion for aerospace and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to promote Space Zone’s products, workshops, and training programs.
  • Identify and onboard institutional clients (schools, colleges, and corporate partners).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with the L&D and R&D teams for project execution and client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic reports for management.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or educational partnerships.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the education technology or aerospace sector.
  • Passion for science, space, and technology education.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
