Business Manager

As a Sales Executive, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned area. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively managing sales enablers and identifying new business opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the sales process is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment of VBA, VSO, and Flexi promoters - Setting monthly sales targets and monitoring their performance - Providing guidance, training, and timely assessments to sales promoters - Ensuring productivity, grooming standards, and product knowledge as per company standards You will also be responsible for reporting and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions in consultation with the Reporting Manager. Identifying new market opportunities through market activities and maintaining knowledge of products and industry trends are essential aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales - Graduation in any stream Additional Company Details: You will be responsible for the implementation of branding and visual merchandising materials in your assigned area and will be the custodian of company assets deployed in the respective market.
