Job Description: Business ManagerCompany: Unique Computers Location: 2nd Floor, Shyam Sagar Building, Opposite Unacademy Center, Gopalpura Bypass Road, Jaipur Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives, bureaucrats, and corporate decision-makers to expand our presence in the government and large business sectors. Conduct Field Sales: Actively engage in field sales by conducting client meetings and presentations to effectively pitch our products and services. Drive Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new leads and conducting initial outreach to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within both the government and large corporate sectors. Create Professional Documentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth project delivery and exceptional post-sales support, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Requirements Communication & Maturity: Possess a high level of maturity and confidence to communicate effectively and build rapport with high-level business owners and officials. Sales Acumen: Proven capability to perform field sales and manage a complete sales cycle. Basic Computer Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of computers and technology to effectively discuss our solutions. Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with a proven ability to build trust and navigate complex sales cycles. Proactive Approach: A self-starter who is motivated to take initiative and drive results. Compensation Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month Additional: Attractive incentives and travel allowance
