Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at Sicons The Pet Safari. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pets, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all the stores locations.
Sales & Marketing: Focus on high sales number & targets, making business successful.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage store teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
Inventory & Merchandising: Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and stock control to ensure product availability and appealing store layouts.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a pet-friendly environment.
Expansion & Strategy: Contribute to business development initiatives, including store expansion, partnerships, and exploring new revenue streams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role, preferably in retail or the pet industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
