Product Listings & Inventory: Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions. Manage online inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overselling. Digital Marketing & SEO: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and promotions to drive traffic to the website. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by improving site navigation, customer service, and overall user satisfaction. Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, customer behavior, and traffic patterns. Use data insights to inform decision-making and improve strategies. Qualifications Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of online retail.
