Job Overview:

Channel Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Nurture Existing Partners:

  Maintain regular communication with current business associates (brokers, agencies, consultants) to ensure continued engagement, satisfaction, and performance.

• Channel Expansion:

  Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners with strong potential to drive incremental sales.

• Sales Enablement:

  Provide partners with up-to-date product information, marketing support, and sales tools to effectively promote company projects.

• Target Achievement:

  Drive business growth by ensuring assigned sales targets are met through the channel partner network.

• Site Visits & Presentations:

  Coordinate and conduct site visits and project presentations with partners and their clients.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track, evaluate, and report on partner performance using CRM and reporting tools; suggest improvement plans when required.

• Relationship Management:

  Act as the main point of contact between the company and channel partners, ensuring long-term business alignment.

• Market Intelligence:

  Gather feedback and market insights from partners to guide internal strategy and improve competitiveness.
