This is frontline manager role having a responsibility of managing the channel sales. This is an important role considering this to be the link between the various departments and frontline sales force and customers.
1. Channel Management
2. Handling a team of ASE and SS.
3. Ensuring the organization principles are being followed in the market.
4. Responsible for the implementation of organizations' various processes in the market.
5. Driving organic and inorganic growth in the market.
6. Team development.
Preferably MBA
Relevant managerial experience in premiere FMCG. .
Should have minimum 2 years of working experience as an ASM.
