Key Responsibilities

• Business Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or furniture business management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
• Willingness to relocate to Kannur (if not local).
