Business Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable to drive sales with a revenue target for a category by leading a sales team.
• Ensuring measurement of right conversion metrics with accuracy.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to the team. This includes lead allocation, lead analysis, lead management, lead status update, lead to learner closure.
• Maintaining a constant communication channel with business and providing valuable insights into how to better the current process and implementing tangible action items.
• Driving sales initiatives for process improvement.
• Building a culture that helps the team to thrive along with month on month business growth.
• Should have a data driven approach to running business with ability to pull out and summarise complex reports from CRM.
• Handling the final sale by initiating downpayment discussion and closing the sale with high ticket size.

• Working proficiency in MS Excel & CRM is preferable
• Qualification: Engineer or MBA with 5+ years of experience in sales.
