What you will work on:
● Take ownership of the vertical, managing it end-to-end, from strategy to execution
● Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for growth, profitability, and scalability
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the vertical's reach
● Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
● Provide direction, set goals, and ensure the team delivers on KPIs and business objectives
● Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business
from them
● Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients
● Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates
● Represent the vertical in senior leadership meetings, providing insights and updates on performance
The ideal candidate:
● 8+ years of experience in business development, vertical management, team management
● Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
● Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to dynamic business environments
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Qualification and Experience:
● MBA or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
● 8+ years of experience in building and nurturing mega-alliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI
