Leverage networks and market trends to identify innovative models for outreach and engagement. 4. Outreach & Client Engagement Lead outreach campaigns to promote the department’s services, workshops, and athlete support programs. Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings based on partner needs and feedback. 5. Data Management & Reporting Document daily operations including leads generated, follow-ups, collaboration outcomes, and conversions. Prepare structured monthly reports to track KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership. 6. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with psychologists, performance coaches, marketing, and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.
