As a Sales and Presales - Technical role for the Thane location in an IT Product, Solution, Services, and Consulting Company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Meeting target customers on a daily basis to understand their IT infrastructure and requirements. - Maintaining the sales funnel to track potential leads and opportunities. - Working closely with OEMs to ensure product knowledge and support. - Achieving the set sales targets by preparing and submitting quotations and bids. - Analyzing the market and providing regular feedback to improve sales strategies. - Attending OEM technical and sales training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends. - Coordinating with vendors for pricing and technical specifications to meet customer needs. - Interacting with customers to generate business leads and coordinating order execution and service delivery. - Preparing documents for bids and submitting them on web portals for consideration. - Participating in online and offline training sessions conducted by different IT vendors. - Generating invoices and eway bills when required for smooth transactions. - Visiting customers as needed to build relationships and address any concerns. - Handling any other official activities assigned by the management from time to time.
