You’ll run the P&L for your business unit, balancing hands-on execution with client and team management.

First 30 Days

Learn from a senior Account/Program Manager.Assist in managing hiring pipelines.Source candidates using Weekday’s proprietary database.Join client calls and shadow weekly check-ins.

Next 60 Days

Partner directly with our COO.Own your portfolio of client companies.Lead weekly check-ins with founders and hiring managers.Source, engage, and manage candidates through the interview process.Resolve blockers and ensure smooth hiring.Take full accountability for revenue from your portfolio.
