Business Intelligence Developer

Job Title:

• Build and maintain ETL routines using SSIS to integrate data from various source systems
• Develop interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI and SSRS
• Define and implement source-to-target mappings and transformation logic
• Ensure data quality, maintain data dictionaries and catalogs
• Build and manage data marts and data lakes
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven insights
• Lead design and development of dashboards, reports, and other BI tools
• Support production BI reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Work on process automation and reusable integration routines
• Provide technical documentation and user training as needed

Must-Have Skills

• SQL Server Databases: 4+ years
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services): 3+ years
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services): 3+ years
• SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services): 3+ years
• Microsoft BI Stack (MSBI): 2+ years

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI Cloud Services, Tableau, QlikView/Sense, MicroStrategy
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
• Knowledge of data lakes and dimensional modeling
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Power BI Report Server setup
• Some hands-on with Python, R, SAS, or other advanced analytics tools
