Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build

  high-quality, reusable components for iOS and cross-platform apps using

  Xamarin / .NET MAUI

• Collaborate

  closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate Figma mocks into fluid, responsive interfaces.

• Optimize

  apps for

  startup time, memory footprint, battery life, and 60 FPS scrolling

  across low- to high-end devices.

• Integrate

  secure API calls, offline caching, push notifications, background sync, and analytics.

• Publish & Monitor

  releases to the Apple App Store (and Google Play as a plus), owning crash-free rates and store ratings.

• Drive Agile ceremonies

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives.

• Continuous Learning

  evaluate new frameworks (e.g., .NET 8 MAUI enhancements, SwiftUI interoperability) and champion adoption.
