Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role:

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, CRM systems, etc.).
  
• Design, develop, and maintain

  interactive dashboards and reports

  using BI tools such as

  Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

  .
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define

  KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards

  .
• Translate business needs into

  data models, queries, and visualizations

  that support decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Ensure

  data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

  across all reports and systems.
• Perform

  ad-hoc analysis

  and generate insights for leadership and business units.
• Support

  data-driven decision-making

  through predictive and trend analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  ETL tools

  (e.g., Alteryx, Talend, Apache Airflow, dbt).
• Familiarity with

  Python or R

  for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of

  cloud data platforms

  such as

  Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse

  .
• Experience with

  data governance and data quality management

  .
• Understanding of

  financial modeling, marketing analytics, or operations KPIs

  (depending on business area).
• Certifications in

  Power BI, Tableau, or SQL

  are a plus.
