Job Title: Business Insights Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a sharp, research-driven professional to join our strategy team. This role involves analyzing business environments, market dynamics, and organizational profiles to support strategic planning and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in Management from a US or Canadian institution and a strong interest in business analysis and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on companies, industries, and market segments to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business models, operational structures, and market positioning of organizations.
• Prepare concise reports and insights for internal teams to inform planning and outreach efforts.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with broader business goals.
• Maintain a structured repository of research findings and insights.
• Present findings using visual tools such as dashboards, charts, and executive summaries.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferably from a North American institution).
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience in business or market analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights in a timely manner.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B research or strategic planning.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or business intelligence tools.
• Exposure to technology services or consulting industries.

Work Environment:

• Remote or hybrid work options available.
• Occasional travel may be required for industry events or team meetings.
