Manager / Senior Manager - Hospitality Marketing

What Are We Looking For

This role is pivotal in elevating Sulas hospitality brand — from our resorts and restaurants to iconic events like SulaFest. You’ll craft compelling guest journeys, lead creative marketing campaigns, and collaborate with dynamic internal teams and external partners to bring the Sula experience to life.

The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Lead Strategy:

  Design and drive end-to-end marketing for Sula’s hospitality vertical — from resorts to festivals — to boost brand equity, footfalls, and bookings.

• Create Impact:

  Lead 360 campaigns across digital, print, PR, and influencer platforms. Produce vibrant content that captures the Sula spirit.

• Elevate Digital & PR:

  Build buzz through smart digital storytelling, influencer collaborations, and strong media visibility.

• Champion the Brand:

  Ensure a seamless, engaging, and consistent brand experience across every guest touchpoint.

• Collaborate & Innovate:

  Partner cross-functionally to execute flagship events and discover fresh ways to delight our guests.

Must Have Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or experiential lifestyle brands.
• A passion for wine, music, and creative storytelling that brings brands and experiences to life.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling narratives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in AI tools and adaptability to emerging digital platforms and technologies.
• Deep awareness of marketing trends, with an understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer engagement strategies.
