Project Role : Business Industrialization Practitioner Project Role Description : Support the communication of Accenture Technology Labs Software Engineering Innovations (ATL-SE) across DCN Globally. As a result of introducing new Assets and Tools they help projects to adopt them in their day to day work becoming more efficient and productive. This role works closely with the OGs (FS, CMT, Products, H&PS and Resources) to leverage them within Delivery and it might get involved in the Sales Process as a differentiator. Must have skills : Metals Sales & Marketing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : MBA preferred with Engineering B Tech BE degree in Metals from reputed institute within India or outsideCGPA of 6 and above Percentage Marks of 60% Summary :Minimum 4-5 years of demonstrated work experience in Steel Industry in the areas of Management/Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation & technology innovation in the areas of Raw Materials, Manufacturing & Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a techno-functional consultant (and/or) business analyst and/or subject matter expert and deliver the project to metals client Drive innovation for Metals and its various industry segments, with a clear focus on new technologies and their applications for these industries. Develop new offerings (technology assets, point of views, rapid prototypes) for Metals industry in line with latest trends and client imperatives. Incorporate digital imperatives and innovation ideas to reimagine business processes within the core areas of metals value chain. Maintain the Business Process Management (BPM) and identify process transformation themes for metals clients. Develop integrated business scenarios, use cases/user stories & prototypes Cross leverage best-in-class/outside industry examples and adapt them in the innovation narration for our clients. Drive thought leadership and IP (shape new ideas and make them patentable) and deliver industry training to teams working for the metals clients Professional & Technical Skills: Excellent communication (oral/written/verbal) skills strong articulation and presentation skills Problem solving attitude with ability to manage stakeholders Ability to handle complexity and at times, ambiguity Strong execution mindset Superior knowledge Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Words Additional Information: Candidates with global exposure (having worked for global companies in the above industries, on international stints) will be preferred. Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred. Working knowledge of digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence will be a plus.
