Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  day-to-day operations

  of the fitness units.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve

  daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Conduct

  weekly review meetings

  with teams for performance tracking and planning.
• Coordinate closely with the

  marketing team

  to execute promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
• Drive

  brand positioning

  and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure overall accountability for

  meeting sales and revenue goals

• Build, lead, and motivate teams to achieve excellence in service and performance.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience

  in sales, business development, or operations management (fitness industry preferred).
• Strong skills in

  sales, strategy planning, and execution

  .
• Excellent

  leadership and team management

  abilities.
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Highly

  disciplined

  , target-driven, and adaptable.
• Basic

  knowledge of fitness and wellness

  industry trends is a plus.
