Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - International Edtech at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing international business strategies, analyzing market trends, driving international sales, managing export operations, and expanding Aimlay's global footprint. Daily tasks will include formulating strategies for global markets, maintaining relationships with international partners, leading the sales team, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and international business acumen.

1. Business development in different regions of the world to generate enquiries and sales and grow market share.
2. Experience in International Edtech Sales
3. Handling the team of International Counsellor
4. Mapping customer requirements in terms of products/services/solutions that needs to be offered to the end user/customer.
5. To independently assist and accompany various delegations and liaise with concerned internal departments in order to effectively discharge any responsibilities.
6. Must be comfortable for working in 9:30PM-6:30AM Shift.
7. Minimum 10 years of experience is required
