Business Head - Global Access Programme

As a Business Head for a Global Access Program in the pharmaceutical industry, your role involves leading the strategy and execution of initiatives to ensure access to medicines for patients worldwide, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. This position requires a combination of business leadership skills and a profound understanding of market access, pricing, and health policy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Global Access Program, aligning it with the company's long-term business and social responsibility goals. - Establish partnerships with international NGOs, institutions, and global healthcare organizations. - Drive business development initiatives to expand the global access footprint. - Design, launch, and oversee patient access mechanisms such as patient support programs, compassionate use programs, and managed access programs. - Ensure operational excellence for flawless and compliant execution of all access programs on a global scale. - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for executing global access programs. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, licensing, and import/export requirements. - Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, and regulatory teams for effective program execution. Qualifications and Skills: - Hold a Masters's degree in Business, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA/MPH preferred). - Possess over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in access or emerging markets leadership. - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, global healthcare access, or pharmaceutical distribution.
