Business Growth Partner
Ideal Profile:
We are seeking a highly driven individual with established relationships in the US Healthcare RCM industry or IT consulting market, capable of bringing new clients and driving measurable business growth for Dolluz Corp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and IT Services market.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule client meetings, conduct capability discussions, and drive deal closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, billing companies, DSOs, MSOs, and healthcare provider groups.
- Represent Dolluz Corp professionally during client discussions, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with leadership to align client needs with operational capabilities, delivery structure, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk analysis before onboarding new clients, evaluating operational, financial, delivery, and compliance risks.
- Ensure client retention by maintaining strong engagement, timely communication, and consistent value delivery.
- Monitor and ensure strict confidentiality, data integrity, and zero breach of compliance obligations related to PHI, HIPAA standards, client documents, and internal company policies.
- Safeguard Dolluz Corps reputation by adhering to ethical business practices, transparent communication, and honoring contract commitments.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, transition, and ramp-up of new accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through pipeline management, forecasting, and expansion of existing client portfolios.
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and industry opportunities to provide insights and recommend business growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / Medical Coding / AR / Denial Management Sales, or
- Experience in IT Staffing / Consulting sales with US clients.
- Strong network of clinics, hospitals, billing companies, or healthcare groups.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, closures, or enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for incentives and performance-based growth.

Compensation Structure:
This is a performance-based partnership opportunity. There is no fixed salary initially. Earnings will be based on:
- Revenue share
- Commission on successful client acquisitions
- Long-term partnership benefits and incentives
Remuneration can be upgraded to include a fixed salary at a later stage, but only after revenue is generated, credited, and consistently sustained from the accounts brought by the partner.
Compliance, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Clause:
To ensure full transparency and ethical conduct, the Business Growth Partner must strictly adhere to the following:
- Any form of misrepresentation, cheating, manipulation, or breach of agreement will result in immediate termination and legal action under applicable Indian and International laws.
- Strict no-solicitation rule the partner cannot approach, influence, or divert Dolluz Corps clients, employees, vendors, or prospects for personal or third-party gain.
- No client poaching or transferring client relationships to any competing business or individual.
- No non-compete violation the partner cannot represent or work with a competing RCM, medical billing, coding, or IT services provider using Dolluz Corps pricing, leads, strategies, or confidential information.
- No bypassing or exploiting legal/contractual loopholes to divert revenue, alter terms, or manipulate processes at any later stage.
- All proposals, pricing discussions, and communication must be transparent and aligned with company policies.
- Mandatory adherence to HIPAA, PHI protection, and confidentiality guidelines. Any breach will lead to legal consequences and financial liability.
- This role does not grant equity, ownership, voting rights, or business partner authority by default.
- Unless formally agreed through a written contract, the individual will be treated as a performance-based contractor, not as a legal partner, shareholder, or account owner.
- All clients brought in will remain the exclusive property of Dolluz Corp, including all billing, delivery, and account ownership rights.
