Job Description

As the Business Growth Head for SAP Enterprise Solutions & Services at Kannanware Innovations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise customers for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Private Cloud, On Premise, and ECC related services. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across assigned geographies and verticals. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, marketing, solution architects, and delivery experts to identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and close high-impact deals in APAC, EMEA, and the USA. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining active relationships with SAP on Sell & Service partnership deals, identifying and closing new business opportunities in SAP S/4HANA ERP and Office of the CFO solutions & services, building strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers, and collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft customized value propositions. You will also be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities, representing Kannanware at industry events and client meetings, and contributing to strategic planning and partner/channel development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus) and have a minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in selling enterprise solutions and services, especially in SAP. You should have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent understanding of enterprise buying behavior, and deep familiarity with ERP implementation, cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation skills, self-driven, result-oriented, and highly collaborative attitude are essential for this role.
