About the Role

We are looking for a Business Generalist to work closely with the Founder and help execute, coordinate, and deliver important business initiatives.


This role is ideal for someone who

  • Likes working across multiple functions
  • Can handle ambiguity
  • Takes ownership from idea → execution → delivery
  • Wants long-term growth in a fast-growing startup
  • You will not be restricted to one function. Instead, you will learn the business end-to-end and play a key role in making things move faster and smoother.


Key Responsibilities


1. Project Ownership & Execution:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish
  • Convert high-level ideas into clear tasks and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Track progress daily and ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify risks early and resolve execution issues
  • Perform basic quality checks before final delivery


2. Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Act as a bridge between Founder, Operations, Clients, and Teams
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain task trackers, dashboards, and reports
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks


3. Founder & Business Support:

  • Support the Founder with execution of priorities
  • Prepare summaries, notes, and action items from discussions
  • Help with research, documentation, and presentations
  • Assist in setting up SOPs and internal processes


4. Operations & Process Support:

  • Help streamline internal workflows
  • Improve coordination and efficiency across teams
  • Support hiring drives, onboarding, and internal initiatives
  • Maintain structured documentation

Requirements

  • 1–4 years experience in startups, operations, project coordination, consulting, or similar roles
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, basic PM tools (Notion / Trello / Asana)
  • Willingness to work closely with the Founder
  • Ability to handle urgency when required
