Description
As an experienced Business Finance professional at Digitide (Quess GTS), you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial leadership and business partnering to senior leadership across various business units and functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development. Your proactive financial insights and recommendations will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and optimizing resource allocation. By understanding key business drivers and challenges, you will translate them into actionable financial strategies, participating in strategic planning processes and contributing a strong financial perspective to business decisions. You will oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business, analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insightful reports and presentations to management. Driving accountability for financial performance across different business units, you will develop and implement performance management frameworks and tools to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with commercial teams, you will develop and implement effective pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness. Your expertise in deal structuring, large deal negotiations, contracting, and analyzing product and customer profitability will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and providing financial guidance on contract negotiations and commercial terms. Partnering with business teams, you will develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments, critically evaluating the financial assumptions and projections within these cases to ensure alignment with the overall financial strategy and deliver expected returns. You will also build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities. Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of financial information, you will collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial systems and tools. Effectively communicating financial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should be CA qualified with over 15+ years of experience in Business Finance, demonstrating proven experience in managing finance teams, a strong understanding of industry best practices, proficiency in Business Partnering, excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, the ability to lead digitization projects, handle complex financial tasks, and possess strong compliance and risk management skills.,
