Business Finance Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Finance Analyst to join our team at Headout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of cost savings and process improvements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
