Role & responsibilities

Business Executive is responsible to achieve assigned branch business and collections targets

Preferred candidate profile

Identifying and prospecting for new LCV customers.
Presenting LCV financing options and building relationships with potential clients.
Managing existing customer accounts and addressing their needs.
Monitoring loan repayments and identifying potential delinquencies.
Negotiating payment plans and implementing collection strategies.
Contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies
Tracking and analyzing collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement

Adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines during the collection process
