Job Description

Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets and business numbers for two-wheeler loans.  Develop and implement strategic sales plans.  Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, channel partners, and customers.  Empanel new dealers and manage existing ones.  Finance & Operations: Assist customers through the loan application and disbursement process.  Collect and verify loan documents.  Ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.  Manage the credit underwriting process and loan decision-making.  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI).  Process and deposit cash, cheques, and DD collections securely and on time.  Credit & Risk Management: Conduct credit underwriting and manage the loan portfolio.  Implement policies and procedures for loan sanctioning.  Perform portfolio analytics and take preventive actions for potential issues.  Monitor and de-risk processes against fraud, operational, and regulatory risks.  Team & Customer Management: Motivate and manage sales teams to achieve targets.  Provide training and guidance to dealership staff.  Maintain smooth customer service and reduce complaints.  Effectively engage with different internal departments (credit, operations, etc.).
