Key Responsibilities

Basic Accounting

  • Support day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, voucher preparation, and maintaining ledgers using Tally.

MS Office Work

  • Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and assist in documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with routine office administration, filing, record keeping, and coordination with internal departments.

Billing & Invoicing

  • Help in preparing customer invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining billing records.

Learning & Development

  • Demonstrate a consultative mindset and willingness to learn company systems, processes, and tools.
