Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mystery Shopper located in India. A Mystery Shopper at Onion Insights will be responsible for visiting retail locations, dining establishments, and service providers to evaluate the quality of service and overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include interacting with staff, making detailed observations, and reporting findings through structured feedback forms and written reports. The role requires following guidelines provided for each assignment and meeting deadlines.
