We provide innovative and customized programs to measure your customer’s experience using various tools of Mystery Shopping (Mystery Visits, Mystery Audits, Announced Audits, Mystery Calls, Integrity Check, Competition Assessments), Customer Satisfaction Programs (Telephone Interviews, Exit Interviews, Intercepts, Email and Web Feedback) and Employee Satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas of a Business Executive:

• Recruiting and screening of Mystery Shoppers.
• Training and qualification of Mystery Shoppers.
• Design and program Customer Experience Measurement questionnaires.
• Timely scheduling and follow-up to ensure completion of fieldwork.
• Review and check Customer Experience Measurement reports on a timely basis.
• Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies.
• Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation.
• Grade reports according to specified standards and provide concise feedback to Mystery Shoppers, etc.
• Timely and correct invoicing to Clients.
• Provide Clients with weekly/monthly updates and overviews on their Customer Experience Measurement Program.
• Assist in any other business related activity on a timely basis, as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Internet.

• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.

• Detail oriented with strong logical abilities.

• Highly Self-Motivated.

• Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities.
