Business Excellence Sr. Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Excellence professional who can drive process improvement, Lean initiatives, performance management, and KPI optimisation across the organisation.

The role requires strong problem-solving ability, understanding of process design, and hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Process mapping, SOP creation & process standardisation

✔ Lead Lean initiatives – 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, cycle time reduction

✔ Support Six Sigma (DMAIC) improvement projects

✔ Lead PSP (Policy & Strategy Planning) activities

✔ Implement BPMS (Business Process Management System)

✔ Drive BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) across functions

✔ Conduct RCA using 7QC tools & ensure CAPA closure

✔ Develop and maintain KPI dashboards

✔ Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

✔ Conduct internal trainings on Lean, 5S, SOPs, KPIs

Required Skills

1.⁠ ⁠Awareness of Lean tools

2.⁠ ⁠Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or above)

3.⁠ ⁠Good understanding of process designing & re-engineering

4.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of 7QC tools, RCA, PDCA, DMAIC

5.⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

6.⁠ ⁠Experience with KPIs & performance management

7.⁠ ⁠BPMS / BPR exposure preferred

Education & Experience

B.Tech / B.E. (Any Engineering discipline)

Experience: 1–2 years in Business Excellence / Process Excellence / Operations Excellence (manufacturing preferred)
