Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents. Drive insurance sales through advisors to meet monthly and annual targets. Motivate team members for consistent performance and growth. Monitor and support advisors with customer acquisition and policy conversion. Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with IRDA and company guidelines. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agents. Track daily sales activities and prepare regular reports for management. Desired Candidate Profile Age between 23 - 32 yrs At least 3 year of Sales experience in Insurance or Banking Sector Good Communication Skill Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships. Unstoppable & Unshakable Attitude High on Honesty and Integrity Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
