Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
  • Drive insurance sales through advisors to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Motivate team members for consistent performance and growth.
  • Monitor and support advisors with customer acquisition and policy conversion.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDA and company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agents.
  • Track daily sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Age between 23 - 32 yrs

At least 3 year of Sales experience in Insurance or Banking Sector

Good Communication Skill

Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
